The study, conducted by Queen's School of Business in cooperation with Hewitt Associates, is an opportunity for companies to benchmark their HR practices against the very best. To be involved, companies must have 50-400 employees, and have been in operation for 3 years. Participating companies will receive a complimentary highlight report outlining key employee engagement measures.
