The Signature Sites document is a listing of significant development and redevelopment properties in the City of Toronto. The purpose of the document is to bring the sites to the attention of brokers, developers and site selectors with the goal of attracting employment-generating investment.
The Signature Sites are selected using criteria based on location, permitted uses on the site and size. Essentially, they are sites that will accommodate significant commercial and or industrial development in the area of 100,000 sq.ft and greater.
