The TFBI is a fully licensed industrial kitchen for use by small entrepreneurs. The TFBI is available for a low hourly rental to small food processing businesses that would otherwise have to make a large investment in their own operation. Hear from Albert Peres, facility manager, about the programming currently in place. If you want to find out the do's and don'ts of starting a successful food business, don't miss this event!
