QUESTION: Can I use 'INC.' in a business name?

ANSWER
No. Certain words, Inc., Incorporated, Ltd., Limited, Corp., Corporation and their French equivalents are called legal endings. These words indicate that the business has been incorporated (you filed articles of incorporation). Registration through the BUSINESS ACCESS site is for unincorporated businesses.
