I am planning to start up a business that sells jewellery online. All production will take place in Ontario. Because the business is based in Toronto will all online purchases be charged Ontario taxes? Will I need to register the business in other provinces?

You will be taxed (HST and any other applicable tax) wherever the goods are shipped
