TECHNOCORP is helping Anava Financing Inc. evolve into an online corporation from its current startup state in Toronto.
The process to move Anava Financing Inc. into a position as a small enterprise, with operations online, involves working with an employee/worker of Anava Financing Inc. in Toronto to
1. understand and document the nature and structure of Anava Financing Inc. 2. understand and document the legal requirements for its online operations 3. understand how to use the TBOSE platform for its online operation 4. document the end-to-end business process with states for its online operation 5. determine and capture requirements for custom development in a simplified gating process 6. verify the implementation of any custom solution and to identify gaps 7. complete the evolution project within three months
The solution will be delivered under the supervision of TECHNOCORP with the expectation that: 1. by the end of the process, the intern can independently follow the TECHNOCORP process to deliver similar solutions as a consultant to customers on TBOSE 2. throughout the process the intern will be required to have a registered business (sole proprietorship at least) and a registered business domain name for a website 3. TECHNOCORP will provide the intern with FREE basic hosting for the intern's business website and business email running on the TBOSE platform for 1 year. 4. Anava Financing Inc. will pay the intern's business $100/month for the 3 month contract. 5. The intern must be able to dedicate at least 6 hours every day (from MON to FRI every week starting at 10am each day). 6. The liabilities will be absorbed by Anava Financing Inc. for the delivery of this project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This is not a position that teaches you how to code or requires you to write code. Understanding basic HTML is sufficient. This opportunity is for an individual wanting to start or own a small consulting business in online office automation.
To qualify, the intern must: 1. be a college/university grad in a business program with an academical understanding of the core structures and functions of a large holding company with subsidiaries (extended enterprise) in contrast to a small enterprise. 2. have the ability to work with people (cultural), independent (learn, think and work without supervision), reliable. 3. have the ability to read and understand advanced English text, including verifing the presence (or absence) of highlighted items/ideas in legal documents. 4. have the ability to communicate, in written and oral English, complex/technical business process requirements as simple ideas to the small business worker (client). 5. have the ability to deliver technical training and supervision. 6. be analytical, logical and able to design simple business processes (practical steps) for the client adapting technology (TBOSE) in its business.
Note: The ability to read, write and speak in French is an advantage, but not required for this project.
